FAQ
How long until my rank arrives?
As soon as staff approve your payment, it is delivered in-game. Track it under My orders.
Which payment methods work?
Scan the QR on the buy window, pay, and upload your screenshot.
I paid but nothing happened.
Check My orders first. If it is still pending, open a ticket in our Discord.
Do I need to log in with Discord?
No, you can buy without logging in. Staff will then see the order as Unknown, so log in if you want your Discord name on it. Without login, keep the order code you get after paying to check its status.
